Welcome to CincySCCA Rallycross Program
RallyCross is the most widespread and readily accessible form of extreme dirt motorsport in the Sports Car Club of America, and the perfect place to see if you have what it takes to powerslide your way to victory. Imagine a scaled down version of a rally stage laid out on a non-paved plot of land where the course is delineated by traffic cones instead of trees or rocks. The entry fees and equipment requirements are considerably less than those necessary to enter any other forms of performance rally, so in most locations one need only arrive at event registration with a sound, hardtop vehicle and the entry fee. Many SCCA Regions have helmets to loan and will assist the first time competitor with entering the appropriate class, making their way through technical inspection and finding their way around the course. Best of all, it's great fun!
Rally, on a Budget
RallyCross is the most cost effective way to gauge a driver's interest and aptitude for "doing it in the dirt." RallyCross classes are tailored for local entrants but usually categorize cars according to number of driven wheels, engine capability and the style of tires mounted. Unlike Solo, a similar competition staged on paved surfaces, where an entrant's ranking is based on the single fastest run, RallyCross competitions are usually judged on the total of multiple runs.

Event Information:
This event is Hosted by CincySCCA RallyCross Program, with help of other regions of Great lakes Division.
This event will count toward your CincySCCA Year End Championship
Event Schedule (all times approximate)
- Site Opens: 8:00am
- Registration/Check-in: 8:30-9:30am (Everyone Must Check in by 9:30 or you will be charged for $10 Late Fee and may lose your spot!)
- Tech inspection: 8:30-9:30am (Please print out the Tech Inspection sheet (Non-UTV Tech Form / UTV Tech Form), fill out and bring to the event site)
- Mandatory drivers meeting: 9:30-9:45am
- First car off: 10:00am
- Clean up / Trophy presentation: ~ 5:00pm (when applicable)
Fees:
- $60 ($30 SCCA Entry Fee + $30 Edgewater Site Fee)
- Non-SCCA-members: Additional $20 for SCCA weekend membership.
- Late Entry Fee of $10 will be assessed after Thursday before the event weekend, including walk-up registrations

- Spectator Gate Fee: $10 (Collected at the gate)

- Food will be available for purchase at the Edgewater facilities.
- Local fast food is limited so the best plan is to either pack or buy at the facilities.
Work Duties
SCCA RallyCross is a full participation race, if you drive you are required to work the event. If you miss your assignment you will receive a time penalty.

All licensed drivers are eligible to enter. Driver’s under 18 years of age must have a signed waiver by legal guardian or parent. (Available at registration)
Drivers with temps must comply with the WOR Supplemental Regulations.
Everyone entering the facility (drivers, workers, spectators, etc.) during the event must sign a waiver and wear the provided wrist band in plain view.
Everyone in a "hot" area (track, timing, & grid) must be an SCCA member. Either a full, weekend, or trial member (Available at registration)
WOR RallyCross events will be conducted in accordance with the SCCA RallyCross Rules and the CincySCCA Supplemental Regulations
Unsafe Vehicle Restrictions
Rollovers are a very real possibility in RallyCross and are more prevalent with certain types of vehicles and poor vehicle conditions. To combat this possibility and allow us to run safe events that can be ensured the following restrictions are put into place.
Height vs. Width Restriction
Competitor vehicles must be at least 95% as wide as they are tall. Width is the track width of the vehicle measured from the center of the tire to the center of the tire, and height is measured from the ground to the highest point on the roof. The width must be 95% of the height measured at the highest point of the roof on both axles.
The ratio may be adjusted through lowering the vehicle or by using higher offset wheels but not through the use of wheel spacers.
Permitted trucks, CUVs, and SUVs must be stock ride height or lower while meeting the Height vs. Width requirement. “Lifted” vehicles (body, blocks, springs) will not be allowed to compete. Most "unibody" or car based CUVs, SUV, Vans, Trucks are allowable as long as the ride height hasn't been modified.
Vehicles that appear to pose a rollover risk may be disqualified at any time prior to or during the event at the discretion of a safety steward, event chair, or program director.

Please select "YES" for the "Skip the line, sign the waiver on your mobile device.", on the registration page. You will receive a SpeedWaiver link as a text message on your mobile phone. Please follow through the process prior to the event, and either have the linked page ready or have a screen shot of the page when you arrive at the event site. This will make waiver check in at the gate so much Fast and Easier!!
* Speed Waiver must be completed for each event weekend.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR the Minors under the age of 18
All Minor (under 18 in OH, Both Competitors and Spectators) MUST have their parents or legal guardians execute a minor waiver in order to be in Hot Area (Grid, Course, etc).
*Children under 12 DO NOT need a minor waiver as they are NOT allowed in the hot area.
