Saturday, July 11, 2020, 9:30 AM ~ 2:00 PM (after event socializing plans pending according to current mandates) Starting at Bob Evans Restaurant, 3260 Village Dr., Middletown, OH 45005 --- As far as we know at this point the restaurant is open. We will let you know if they are still scheduled to be open on Friday evening. You may go for breakfast if you choose, but we will be meeting in the parking lot on the east side (closest to I-75)
Pre-registration is strongly encouraged to insure a place and to facilitate social distancing at on-site check in. Cost for the event is $30, with a discount available if at least one person in the car is a current SCCA member.
A road rally is traversed over public roads within the legal speed limit. The challenge is to follow the route and answer as many questions as possible. A non competitive, question free, explicit instruction option is available to allow for a more relaxed drive. Rally Master is Jim Knepper.
Get out and enjoy a drive through the roads of Middletown. Please follow Covid-19 safety guidelines in effect at the time of event.
The schedule is:
9:30 AM – Registration and Check-in opens
10:15 AM – Safety Meeting (approximate time)
10:30 AM – Depart (approximate time)
1:00 PM – Could arrive at endpoint (approximate time)
2:00 PM – (or 3 1/2 hours after departure) - Must be at endpoint in order to be scored and awarded points
Pending prevailing conditions at the time, ending location will be inside Applebee's, 3240 Towne Blvd., Middletown, OH 45044, where food and beverages will be available for purchase and awards will be presented. We have checked it out and they are set up well for us to both sit as a group and still maintain distancing. If you prefer to not stay and eat, your score can be calculated in the parking lot and you will be free to leave.

IF YOU ARE BRINGING A MINOR, PLEASE COMPLETE ONE OF THE WAIVERS BELOW AND BRING WITH YOU. THE FORM MUST BE PRINTED IN COLOR. WAIVERS MUST BE SIGNED BY BOTH PARENTS.
